Dear Asshole #2

*DISCLAIMER: This is part of the Dear Asshole series. My update on the first week of school will resume later.*

Dear Lying Russian Guy,

First off, BITE ME!!! There, I said. You can bite me.

Second off, you're nothing but a lying piece of shit. I swear you're making up your life as you go along.

For one thing, there is no championship in hockey. You were never playing hockey for the past couple of weeks. As any hockey fan knows, this past hockey season didn't exist. Since last season didn't exist due to the lock out, there is no championship game. Why make an obvious lie like that?

And Havard is spelled H-A-R-V-A-R-D, not H-A-R-V-O-R-D... which just makes me think you never went there.

Speaking of school, whomever doesn't know what "plead the fifth" means is a big idiot... and you're a bigger idiot because you claim you're a political science major.

Who the hell has a 9-pack? Abdominal muscles come in pairs. My anatomy book says so.

If you're going to name drop, name drop an A-list name, not some girl from Laguna Beach: the Real Orange County. LC is NOT your sister. If she was your sister, you would NOT be calling her "Lauren/LC". Plus - she's the oldest in her family.

Unless you have proof of all this, I don't ever want to talk to you ever again, you big fat liar.

Stay fabulous,

Time to Start the Liquid and Cigarette (rarely) Diet Again

So I just finished one half of my classes for the day.

Yeah... time to start the liquid and (the rare) cigarette diet again.

What do I mean by this?

1. My schedule (M & W) only allows me 2.5 hours for lunch. You know damn well that never happens with me. I'm usually doing some damned errand I've been asked to do.
Why not after class?
Because I'm already in the area and I just wanted to get it over with by 10 am.
2. Because of thus schedule, I'm stuck either drinking coffee, red bull or any form of liquid caffine, double fisting that with a bottle of water.
Why the (rare) cigarette?
Well... for one thing, I rarely smoke (so don't be hating me you anti-smokers out there) and the only time I do is:
1. If Derek is in town and we're hanging out (he's such a bad influence... BAD DEREK!! LOL)
2. When I'm extremely nervous... usually around exam time.
3. When I'm making hand gestures at the bar, but I don't light it up.
So yeah... if you see me and I look a little thinner, you know why.
I don't think I've been this harried before. Going back to school was like this big rush. It was kinda nice getting back into the swing of things.

Anatomy was kinda boring. The professor also hangs out at UTA. Weird, huh? And there was this one girl that I wanted to throw my highlighter at because she just talked too damn much. She took this class before (AP 1)... why is she taking it again? And why my class? Geez...

Concepts of Wellness and whatnot was kinda embarrassing. We had to introduce ourselves by:

1. Saying what high school we went to and...

2. What are we majoring in and if we wanted to transfer (It's TCC, of course someone's going to transfer out of there).

For some weird reason, I told them my whole story on how I got my degree but decided not to go to law school and yada yada yada.

Did I mention there were a couple of catty Plastics in the class? If you don't know about the Plastics, for the love of God, rent Mean Girls. I beg of you... RENT IT!! I refuse to explain something so simple in here.

So yeah... that's my day so far. Need to go to Micro in an hour and a half. Labs start this week.

Stay fab and pray for me!!

Last Week of Summer

Is it the end of the summer already? Lordy, I don’t want it to end, but as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end.

Oh well… I’m excited about school anyway. Lord only knows why I’m taking an 8 am class. I have no idea why either. Probably b/c it’s the last class open and I just wanted (scratch that… NEEDED) to take it.

Antomy, Microbiology and some random phys ed class. This semester is going to kick my ass. Oh well… the things I need to do in order to get into nursing school.

Anyways… this week has been a little slow for the last week of summer. Didn’t really do anything except meditate… err…contemplate about this summer.

Not much really… you’ve heard it all before.

My week was boring. Went to satisfy my new addiction: anything Ikea. Mom was with me so it was okay.

Bought some useful stuff… some pillows… and I got this cute little pillow.

Isn't so gosh darn cute?? I'm surprised it didn't slide off my bed like usual. When I woke up this morning, it was still wrapped around me.

As for this weekend, I'm going to 2 birthday parties: One for my godbros and sis and one for my cuz who is turning 40 this year.

I really can't believe Rob's turning 40 this year. He still acts like he's... well... my age. Which is cool. At least, he's not like his sister, "Kaitlin"... good Lord, he isn't.

Pics of that party will be up whenever I get around to it.

I guess that's it. Hope you guys have a fabulous weekend. And don't drink to much!!

Stay Fabulous.

JR's 21st Birthday

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. I'm having my first hangover ever thanks to my cousin's 21st birthday.

Wicked, I tell ya. Wicked.

I am also not condoning that it's okay to wake up at 6:58 on a Sunday morning. Weird dreams. Maybe another time.

Anyways... it had its one hitch, but all in all it was fun. Another PF Changs problem. A 2 HOUR WAIT?? Yeah... that's not going to happen. Even though we had our hearts set on the Changs, we ventured off to Cabo *insert the rest of the name* and got equally drunk there (and of course we ate). Bought my aunt and cuz a drink. That was fun because I have never seen my aunt drink before. Good times had by all.

We went back to JR's house to wait for some friends. We were supposed to go bowling, but it was in Grapevine; so we went to the Library instead. We took some shots of crown (provided by yours truly) while we waited.

The Library was fun as usual. My cousin discovered the drunk side of me FINALLY. He just never realized how crazy I get when drunk.

I uploaded some pics and I don't remember a few of them. So here you go.

This is Joe. Yes, I know he looks like he just came from class (if you don't know what I mean, all you have to do is ask. Hazel might know. *shrug*).

Me and JR before going out.

Robert, you can't hide from me...

Gotta love Jimmy...

I have no idea...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Did I tell you how much I love Shannon?

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Like... REALLY love Shannon? Yeah... JR had no clue.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
But all in all, I love Derek and Shannon equally. You can't see it, but it's a 3 way kiss. LOL.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
No clue. My boys were getting drunk.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Derek, my cuz and some random girl. Yeah... no clue either.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
What is it with people licking other people? Derek really likes Shannon. LOL.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
The stereotypical drunk pic. I'm so glad he turned 21...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Joe, Shannon and JR. Joe, that's not a nice gesture.

Derek and his cig.

Denied... denied... APPROVED!!

Some random girl with Kenny, my ex.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Same random girl licking my face. Yeah... I really don't remember this.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Nor this either. Wow. She must really like me.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Might as well get her and her friend back. Licks all around...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Yes... some more licking...

It was really a shame I had to leave early to pick up "Malibu" from the airport. No one wanted me to leave and wanted me to make up an excuse so I don't have to. You know me, I wouldn't do that to him... especially if there was a present in store (just kidding!!).

Anyways... so I go pick up "Malibu" from the airport. I really am surprised I didn't get pulled over. I was off my freakin rocker on the way there. He was surprised I came over there drunk... and slightly pissed. He got even more pissed when I accidently drove over his neighbor's yard (slightly... you can't even tell). We talked about some things... you know... yada yada yada... blah blah blab.

I'm gonna miss him. *tear*

*EDIT*: I realize certain people may read this; so I blocked it out. I'll let you figure out how to read it.

Anyway... got home safely. Called the usual suspects. I'm glad my cousin had fun though. It's not everyday you turn 21. I'm just glad he did; so we can party more... and I don't have to buy him anything anymore!!

Well... I guess that's it. Have fun with it.

Stay fabulous.

I Miss Who??

*Disclaimer* It’s 7, 8, 9 (whatever time I end this) in the freakin morning. It has nothing to do with how I feel right now… except for the fact I can’t fall back asleep. Starbucks will do that to you.

As you may know, thus far, my summer is ending on a great note, but now, I’m just missing “Malibu”.

I miss him as a friend, mind you. Not as a love interest because Lord knows I don’t need anymore heart break in my life.

But he really is sweet (despite his ways of getting me out of the house)… and always wants to see me, but at odd hours (he works weird hours).

Yeah, I should really explain what I mean but “his ways of getting me out of the house” (Hazel knows this). At one point, I haven’t talked to him in forever due to my being busy for my friend’s wedding and such. So, he calls (actually texts, but calling sounds normal) me out of the blue saying he really needed to tell me something that he couldn’t tell me over the phone or online.

So what’s a girl to think when a guy tells her this? I seriously thought he was going to say he was dying… or worse (like saying the L-word when I hardly know him).

Anyway, through much urging, I go see him at a weird ass hour. I hung out with Hazel for a while and watched Mulan 2 (which I totally missed the ending. Sad, I know). I was so freaking nervous to find out what was so important that he couldn’t tell me over the phone or online.

He said “I’m moving back here next semester.”

I just sat there, staring at my shoes.

In my mind, I was going, “What the flippin fuck? That’s it?? That’s the huge thing I was so worried about?”

He thought I would be more excited. Heck, I thought he was going to die or something. Then I asked him why couldn’t he tell me this over the phone?

“I wanted to see you,” he said.

*insert collective “AWWWWWWWW”*

I really don’t know how to take this. I’ll leave it as is and just say that was kinda sweet in a deranged kind of way.

Every once in a while, I’ll see him. He even invited me to go to California this week, but alas, my rational side had to take over and say “Don’t do it. You hardly know the guy.” So I turned him down and we were sad.

He still wants me to go visit him in Abilene when he goes to school over there. I might just do that when I need a break from the city.

Anyway, I miss him. That’s all I gotta say. He may miss me too. I don’t know. I’m supposed to see him when he lands tomorrow night.

That’s it for now. I’m gonna try to get some sleep.

Stay fabulous, my pretties. Ciao!

Summer (Flings) Recapped

Current Mood: Content

Currently Reading: Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister by Gregory Maguire (thanks Hazel for suggesting it)

Currently Listening: Sweetest Goodbye by Maroon 5

As summer comes to a close and school starts, I feel the need to sum it all up.

While my most of my (girl) friends are in long term relationships/married/whatever, I, on the other hand, am living my own little Sex in the City lifestyle, full of flings and alcohol (mind you, I don't do both at the same time... okay, except for that one time...). I'm never usually this brass about it, but I might as well live up to my Filipino-dubbed Koreanovela lifestyle.

I've been told that I have so much drama in my life, it should be a book/movie/soap opera. Think of this as the beginning of writing it all down for future reference.

Anyways... back to the topic at hand.

Summer flings (at least mine) have been either heartbreaking or flops, neither long lasting. This past summer, I've had my share of heartbreak and crying fits. Some of you may have witnessed this at one time or another.

The Justin thing was the most heart-wrenching. Somehow, he pulls me back in for more and leaves me hanging.

Shame on you if you fool me once... shame on me if you fool me twice.

Yeah... shame on me.

Last time I heard, the last girl he dated had a boyfriend while she was dating him. Can't say I feel sorry for the poor kid. *fake tear* We all know he deserved to have his heart crushed. Ain't karma sweet? LOL.

Then there was the Psycho. Yes, there was a psycho. He fell in love with me when we first talked (I kept my distance). Two weeks later, he said I wasn't what he's looking for. I know, right? Yeah... I just don't care. At least I'm not the 23-year-old virgin, thankyouverymuch.

There was also the other psycho who fell in love with me and wanted me to have sex with his dad. Yeah... I dropped him fast.

Then there was Austin. Overzealous... sweet... and has a kid. We still text each other back and forth. Maybe I'll see him on campus this semester.

And then there's the cute guy (who shall be called Malibu for reasons unbeknowst to you all). Malibu is going away for college but moving back next semester. He invited me to go to Cali with him but I turned him down for personal reasons (IE - my cousin turns 21 in 6 days!!). Yeah, I know... I'm stupid for turning it down, but he understands. I'm going to miss him, but maybe I'll go visit him sometime.

And let's not forget the love of my life, Derek. Yeah... you know he is. He is the Will to my Grace, but I act more like Karen and Jack is somewhere. LOL.

I Need to Vent

Some of you may know that I'm not exactly what you call "skinny". I'm more curvy than anything (and I do NOT mean "fat"), but I really hate it when people (skinny ones and plus size ones) say I need to lose weight.

Ok, yes, I know I do, but I am losing weight. I lost 10 lbs. on my trip to the Philippines and I'm losing even more when I got home.

I'm eating smaller porportions and exercising a little more than I used to.

And what is with the plus size people telling me to lose weight? Yeah... say that when you lost a few pounds, okay?

And as for the skinny people... don't make me unleash my girls. Just one of them can kill you.

How many guys are knocking on your door? Oh right... none.

How many are knocking on MY door? Hmmm... quite a few if you read all the above. Granted, they're pyschos, but they're guys all the same.

There, I had to vent. I'm not about to turn into Lindsey Lohan anytime soon (God I hope not).

I guess that's it. I hope your summer was as eventful as mine. Ciao.

Long Post: The Wedding and Everything After

A Note to My Readers:

I am sorry this post is way overdue. I'm also sorry there aren't any pictures (I'll explain later). Please forgive me...

These past couple of weeks have been a little crazy but worth it for the result.

As you all know, my friend got married. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pics. What kind of person doesn't have pics of her best friend's wedding/reception? The kind of person whose date left without giving her keys back, but I digress.

Anyway... let's continue, shall we?

The bachelorette party was fun. Spent some good time at Dave & Busters with the girls. No strippers, I know, but who needs strippers when you got the Tower of Power (I swear I'm not being sarcastic)?? Anyway... we played that bachelorette dare card game. That was fun. April (the bride) had to ask some guys if they wanted a "blow job". It's not what you think, you dirty people. A "blow job" shot is ameretto and kaluha (or bailey's... can't tell) with whip cream on top... and you can't use your hands. I had to ask 10 random guys to congratulate my friend on her upcoming nupituals. All fun and I got a stuffed longhorn out of the whole deal.

The wedding was absolutely gorgeous. The church was small, but it was a small wedding; so it was cool. We had these beautiful bouquets of different colored roses. And April... wow... she's gorgeous in her wedding gown. The boys (Jimmy and groomsmen) looked absolutely dashing.

It was also Qudsia's first time in a Catholic church/wedding. She cried her eyes out. Am I weird for not crying? I mean, I'm truly happy for them, but I didn't cry.

The wedding was just... awesome to watch. I could see Austin fidgeting in the back. I had to stifle my laughs.

At the end, while everyone else was going to the reception, I was looking for Austin because he had my keys.... but HE WASN'T THERE!! I was freaking out and Lauren (whose stuff is in my car) and Qudsia were trying to calm me down. My camera was in my car along with my other things. This is why there are no photos.

We all went to the reception at Lone Star Park in Qudsia's car. I called Austin on the way there and left a message that he had my keys. He called back telling me he rushed out of the church because he got a call that his mom was in a wreck and he forgot to give me my keys back.

Despite that little hitch, the reception room was gorgeous. It think it was one of the box rooms or something b/c you could go out on the balcony and see the track. It was so awesome. We (the bridesmaids) began pointing to the butterfly bubbles we messed up on. LOL.

I finally got my keys back and said my thank you and left. During dinner, I get this text message from him saying "I called my grandmother and she's picking her up. I'm coming in."

I was just like... WTF? I'm trying to call him to tell him not to worry, but lo and behold, he walks in, sits down with Jimmy's parents (that's the "dates of the wedding party" table), and has dinner.

We talk for a while... dance for a while... go outside for a while. It was all fine and dandy.

... and we KISSED!! It was nice actually. He liked it because I had rum on my lips. LOL. Silly Austin.

Oh yeah... I also caught the bouquet for the 7TH TIME IN MY LIFE!!! Lordy. I bound to get married sometime, right?

Well... that's the first wedding update. The second one will be written soon as soon as I can get my pics up (yes, I have pics).

Now for the rest of the update:

I just love Ikea. Has anyone else been to the new Ikea in Frisco? I dragged my mom to it the second day it opened. We just love it!! Didn't get to a chance to go to the showroom, but that's what today is for, right? I bought this really cool alarm clock that you can put a personal greeting to wake up to every morning, some glasses (12 for 5.99 ain't bad, right?) a clothes rack (4.99) and some non-stick pans (7.99 for 2?? Are they crazy?). Anyway... very good quality at a very low price. The people there are nice too. I recommend everyone go. It's worth the trip.

Tax-free weekend was awesome. Only spent 77 bucks this weekend (my ex was shocked... I know). I just want to thank Hazel and Juno for the 30% off postcard from the Gap. My jeans went from 23.99 to 16.something or another. 14.98 for jeans at Levi's (as always), couple of shirts, a skirt from Hollister and some flip flops. All and all it was a good day.

So anyway, must be going. Gonna spend spend and spend again. Oh yeah... my car is back in the shop. Can I just trade it in for something else... like a Mini Cooper?

Okay... ciao my pretties.
